Siddha Group would install solar thermal lightning system on a 500 metre stretch between Xanadu and Siddha Pines, another residential project by the group in the Rajarhat area. According to Jain, the passive solar architecture in the building could save 30 per cent of energy consumption. For example, glass used in building would ensure that 80 per cent of the heat was blocked, saving about 33 per cent of the overall energy consumption.
