St Xavier's College In Bengal Is Planning A One Year PG Diploma Course In Real Estate Management

With the real estate boom in the country, St Xavier's College in association with CREDAI, Bengal is planning to start a one year post graduate diploma course in real estate management soon. The college already runs a six-month certificate course on real estate management.

This is the first time that St Xavier's has introduced such a course in the city catering to the needs of people from different professions. With an affordable fee structure of Rs 15,000 one can avail the certificate course. The fee for the post graduate diploma course would be announced in the first week of May.

"The first batch consisted of 19 students in the certificate course, who aspire to enter this sector and we are planning to increase the batch size up to 30 in the next session scheduled to start in July," said Prof Ashish Mitra, a faculty member.
