The results of the supplementary examination of BA/BSc/BCom 2007 under Calcutta University will be declared tomorrow.
This is for the first time that results will be declared in just over a month's time. The supplementary examination was completed on 13 February.
Keen on publishing results early, the university had taken some additional measures. "More examiners were engaged in the evaluation process this time.
The answer scripts were divided equally among all the examiners so that a handful of examiners were not overburdened. Each examiners were not given more than 100 answer scripts to evaluate", said Mr Debasis Biswas, deputy controller of examination, CU.
Around 15,000 candidates appeared for the supplementary examination.
