All long-distance trains, to be introduced from the city in future, will commence their journey from the Kolkata terminus in Chitpur, Eastern Railway general manager S S Khurana announced on Wednesday.
He was speaking at the flagging-off of the Kolkata-Radhikapur Express. New trains to Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur and Jogbani are also on the cards, he announced.
