National Jr Aquatic Championship at Kolkata from July 3

 The West Bengal capital will host the 2nd National Junior Aquatic Championships 2005 from July 3 to 7.

Uttar Pradesh Swimming Association (UPSA) honorary secretary Ravin Kapoor today announced the 23-member state men boys and girls squad to participate at the event.

The boys team captained by Vishnu Pandey comprises Ritesh Yadav, Gautam Gopal (Lucknow), Dhananjay Chaturvedi, Akhilesh Kumar Maurya, Sanjeev Kumar, Anurag Sahni, Ravi Shanker Nishad, Gulab (Mirzapur), Durg Vijay, Brajesh Kumar, Divya Kumar (Bareilly), Amarjeet Singh, Badal Bind (Allahabad), Prateek Singh (Meerut), Kaushal Kumar (Kushinagar), Anis Dalal (Gautambudh Nagar) and Nishant Singh (Varanasi).

Meanwhile, Shalini has been made the the captain of the girls team comprising Neelam Sharma (Lucknow), Sameexa Awasthi (Kanpur), Rinki Nishad (Allahabad) and Priyanka Yadav (Kushi Nagar).
