I know this is not the ideal forum but just wanted to bring it to the notice of all so that you do not suffer in the same way. Please refrain from using DTDC for any of your courier needs - try DHL or DART instead. I had sent handset for my father in Calcutta - my friend carried it with him and then couriered it using DTDC from Delhi. When the package was received in Calcutta, all accesories were present but the handset was stolen in transit by internal DTDC fellows !! A friend of mine had shipped PC speakers from Mumbai. The package was received intact but with stones in place of the speakers. Another got his USB thumbdrive stolen in transit from the same company. We have lodged a complaint a zillion times both with local and zonal offices and sent numerous emails. Guess what ? Not a single reply to any of those emails. This is even after the matter was escalated to all the top-notch DGMs in the country. And we are now being given the run-around between local and zonal offices without any attempt at a resolution. This is unacceptable coming from a reputed courier service like DTDC. Not only do they have a bunch of CROOKs working for them but they do not even have the courtesy to respond to customer issues. I urge you to please rethink and consider another service before going through a similar experience.
